******* MISSION (IMPOSSIBLE?!?)*******
1. To successfully finish the San Diego Rock 'n Roll Marathon on June 2, 2002 & be able to walk properly the next day! :)
2. To raise a minimum of $2600 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on behalf of numerous courageous people and in memory of Louie Bonpua.
3. To have fun & ignore the pain!
Many of you may have read the articles or seen Tom Brokaw's report on Louie. Louie was an amazing man who spent his last conscious moments carrying the Olympic torch through San Franciso. He was a fellow Milpitas resident & the South Bay team is dedicating this season to him.
Your generous help can make this a thoroughly POSSIBLE MISSION!

CONNECTING WITH THE CAUSE: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is based in White Plains, NY, and is the fastest growing voluntary health organization with a
nationwide presence. The Society's mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, hodgkin's disease and myeloma and to improve the quality of lives of patients and their families. Since its founding in 1949, the Society has provided more than $240 million for research specifically targeting blood related cancers.
